Managed Monitoring Services
In order to run an efficient business, customers need to know how their systems
and servers are performing at all times. All servers within HostRemote receive
basic monitoring as part of their account. Our basic monitoring typically provides
more than what most of our competitors charge their customers for. Secondly, we
offer a comprehensive suite of performance and utilization monitoring services
to allow customers to plan for the future endeavors. There is a suite of Advanced
Monitoring Services available on an individual case basis. Please inquire with

Online Management Reports
HostRemote offers a wide array of in depth, Online Management Reports to all of
its customers within the data center. This reporting is accessible through the
Internet remotely from your site. These reports show statistics and analysis on
your server(s) to allow you to be proactive with your service. These reports detect
potential problems not identified through our basic monitoring technologies, and
customers can receive performance reports and graphs that will assist the customer
in making important strategic decisions on how to handle current and future growth.

Just about any information or data from your server(s) can
be obtained through our Online Management Reporting. Depending on your needs,
HostRemote is also able to drill down to more customized detailed reports based
on your server requirements. All Online Management Reporting is viewable via the
Internet through a password-protected site.

Customers now have the ability to outsource all of their dedicated/co-located
servers to HostRemote’s data center combined with state of the art monitoring
and management reports, as well as a knowledgable staff to assist you with any
questions regarding your service. HostRemote's engineers have access to all system

once per month will examine and report to the customer what they feel are important
metrics regarding the performance of their servers.
