Center
HostRemote monitors the data center and customers 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, to insure that you receive service consistent with the industry
and contractual standards. Our Network Operations Center (NOC), located in New
Jersey, manages the Data Center Facility as well as all customers located within
the Data Center. The NOC is monitored and maintained 7 days a week, 24 hours a
day. Should you experience service interruptions for any of the following services,
please follow the procedures outlined below. These procedures will insure timely
resolution of service. The HostRemote Help Desk is the heart of the NOC, and is
staffed with qualified personnel available to solve HostRemote customer service
issues utilizing the procedures below.
General Information
- For any interruptions, or issues with service, open up a
trouble ticket please go to http://support.hostremote.net,
call (800)-383-8902.
- Please provide your customer account number
- You will be assigned a trouble ticket number for reference
- You will be updated every half hour on the status of your
problem
- Once the problem is corrected the trouble ticket will be
closed
